Transpersonal Counsellor
Five Element Acupressure Practitioner
As a transpersonal counsellor and classical Five Element acupressure practitioner, I deeply trust the body’s innate capacity for balance and vitality, even when life or illness has created patterns of disharmony.
Classical Five Element acupressure is a slow, intentional body-based practice rooted in ancient East Asian medicine and philosophy. Informed by each person’s unique constitutional pattern, this gentle approach uses non-invasive finger pressure on precise points along the meridian system, without needles. Touch forms part of the therapeutic process, supporting awareness of the body-mind, return to balance and the harmonious movement of 'qi', the vital energy that supports health and natural regulation.
My background in transpersonal counselling complements this body-based work, recognising the body as an active participant in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives. Together, these disciplines inform my Transpersonal Acupressure approach, exploring how the experiences we carry may form part of the broader story of each person.
I work with clients aged 16 and over who may be navigating ongoing physical symptoms, stress, emotional overwhelm or significant life changes, as well as those seeking a different way to care for themselves.
Sessions are unhurried and grounding, creating space to begin exactly where you are, reconnect and notice what arises.
My practice is shaped by formative life experiences, ongoing inner work, and a fascination with the body’s meridian system which led me to complete my certification in classical Five Element acupressure.
These foundations inform the compassionate curiosity and presence I bring to my work, honouring each person’s inner wisdom and holding space for them as their process unfolds.
