Social media sites are neither a secure nor confidential medium in which to discuss client-specific concerns or treatment issues and will not be utilised as such under any circumstances by our team. Ginkgo Healthcare social media accounts are separate from any personally or professionally owned accounts held by individual clinicians outside of their relationship with Ginkgo Healthcare.

Ginkgo Healthcare offers a variety of potentially beneficial interactions in the digital space that may extend boundaries through role changes in the professional contracted relationship. Our content on social media does not constitute a request for or solicitation to purchase, for endorsement, to obtain testimonial, for participation of clients, former clients, or any other persons who may be vulnerable to undue influence. In such situations, Ginkgo Healthcare promotes client autonomy and provides clients with ongoing informed consent of any likely consequences (e.g. financial, legal, personal, therapeutic) of clinician role changes. Ginkgo Healthcare takes reasonable precautions to avoid causing emotional, physical, or social harm to individuals.
